Six tests for 2027
Nigeria’s 2027 presidential programmes measured against UNCTAD’s Trade and Development Report: six tests, with declared weights and rules of evidence.
The tests were published first, on 11 October 2026. The scoring of each candidate’s programme against them follows in December, once the programmes exist. Setting the standard before the contest is the whole point.
